Saved in your browser only. Ticks are kept in this browser's local storage so a reload does not lose your place. Nothing is sent to us. Each item shows its source: our Help Center articles, 49 CFR 373.101 (the federal rule that a carrier issues a receipt or bill of lading for freight it accepts, opened and read November 3, 2026), or “General advice”, which means common practice with no published source behind it.
Questions about delivery day
Not a clean one. Note each new scratch, dent or chip on the Bill of Lading and ask the driver to acknowledge it, then sign. Your signature says the vehicle arrived in the condition written on the document.
Photograph the whole vehicle even if you find nothing, and photograph any new damage close up and from several angles, with a wider shot that shows where it is. Compare them with your pickup photos.
Only in your own browser, on this device. Nothing is sent to us. If your browser blocks storage, the ticks last until you leave the page. “Clear ticks” erases them.
The company you booked with. It carries the cargo insurance, and you file any claim with it directly.
