If you’re in need of enclosed transport, but a prospective transport company only offers open shipping, you don’t want to book with them. But it’s a lot more than that. Most transport companies offer the same basic services – open transport, enclosed shipping, flatbed haulers. It’s less the types of transport available and more so what kind of services they offer.
Do they offer same-day pickup? What about priority shipping services? If they don’t have different levels of service, you may want to skip them, as they may not be able to handle your shipment the way you need them to.

You want to find auto shippers that have quality reviews from numerous different customers. But it’s more than that; you want to find a company that has real reviews. Fake reviews are common in almost every industry. Whether they’re from vindictive customers, paid actors, or just a review farm paying people to post reviews for different businesses, you need to be aware of fake reviews. It can be hard; but it’s important.
Fake reviews are often responded to quickly by companies, and they’re often pointed out immediately. But you should keep an eye out for companies that respond to reviews – or don’t. Those that do tend to have better customer service overall because they’re actively talking to customers.
