Mansions of the late 1800s and early 1900 are both beautiful as well as useful, as the nickname “Parlor City” earns it title for these homes being transformed into funeral parlors.
Binghamton has a colder climate, being labeled as a humid continental climate. Temperatures often reach a very chilly below zero in the winter, offering plenty of snow for those that have sleds in hand, and often stays cold until March. Through out the summer months, July through August , temperatures are still very moderate, reaching to the mid to upper 80’s, always with plenty of humidity to accompany the heat.
