If you cannot be there for pickup, it’s often fine to leave the keys with the vehicle and the carrier can still pick up.

Shipping to or from Alaska or Hawaii? If so, we’ll need the booking number at the port before we can dispatch your vehicle to a carrier that can pickup or deliver at the port.

Winter shipping can be more difficult to get vehicles picked up and delivered on time due to inclement weather across various regions of the country. Don’t be surprised if delivery is delayed if there is snow and ice and other wintry conditions along the route.
